Three Steps.
Submit Your Product
Provide your brand details, product name, category, product type, current product-page URL, and complete ingredient disclosure (INCI). Each application covers one product and one formulation.
Identify the Claims
The application helps identify potential eligible claims from your INCI and current product page. Confirm the claims that apply and submit your product as consumers currently see it.
Provide the Support
Upload current product photos, labels, packaging, and records supporting each eligible claim. Depending on the claim, include supplier, sourcing, processing, certification, or traceability records.
What Happens Next
Independent Review
We independently review each eligible claim against the applicable standard, supporting documentation, and product materials. The same framework applies to every brand. If information is incomplete or unclear, we may request clarification before making a determination.
Determination
Every eligible claim receives a defined outcome: Supported, Clarification Requested, or Not Verified. You’ll know which claims meet the standard, need more information, or cannot be verified from the submitted support. Each outcome applies to a specific claim—not an overall product rating.

Supporting documents, product images, labels, packaging, website content, ingredient disclosure (INCI), normal clarification requests, and confirmation of applicable current third-party certifications are included in the product review.
